Do I use I or me?

"The problems between you and I."

Is that right, or should it be me? How do I know when to use I or me?

Thank you very much English teachers!

Me is the right word to use. You should take a closer look at the sentence - if the pronoun stands for the object, it should be me , I stands for the subject ( the subject in that part of your sentence is The problems ). g We should not take him with us.
