Do I use can or could?

I want to tell my boss that...

"I will let you know if I can make it next week."

I don't know if I should use can or could. Is there a difference if I am using it in the present tense?

Thank you very much.

Hi, thank you.

I am not good enough in English to write something better. Is that ok?
