Do I understand correctly?

When will you be leaving New York?

When are you leaving New York?

When would you be leaving New York?

Firstly, Are the sentences correct?

The sentences with "will" and "present continuous" sound direct and the sentence with "would" sound less direct right? Suppose I am asking this question to high position people like CEO, it's better to the sentence with "would" since it shows less direct, Am I right?
