Do I sound native?

I've had a guy on Reddit tell me he was able to "detect a slight foreign accent". I'd appreciate any sort of feedback.

From a British English speaker. To me, you sound like a native English speaker with a particular kind of American accent that I cannot precisely identify, distinct from completely "vanilla" American accents, and possibly regional or associated with a particular cultural background. Hopefully an AmE speaker will also respond.
