Do I really deserve all this 'ill/bad' prayers after all I did for your son

Is there a word "ill prayers"? I think the word "curse" would do better because it's direct antonym of "prayer".

I don't know of any standard expression that's close to what you are asking. My suggestion would be to use "ill will" as a substitute.
