If you mean "Someone is fond of me" then it should be "likes".

I think it's very likely that you do mean this, but it may be worth noting that "Someone like me" is also a valid sentence, and has the completely different meaning of "Someone similar to me".

Q: Who would do such a thing?

A: Someone like me.
