Do I need definite article before Grandma / Grandpa?

Hi, Guys and Girls, I need help!

If this is a fairy tale, a story NOT about MY grandparents, do I need a definite article before Grandma / Grandpa, as in the following examples? They have already been introduced in the story and then it goes:

Grandpa agreed to go to the party. OR THE grandpa agreed to go to the party.

Grandpa kept wandering what to wear? OR THE grandpa kept wandering what to wear?

He greeted grandma with the words... OR He greeted THE grandma with the words...

And grandma replied,... OR And THE grandma replied,...
