Do I need an (s) in this sentence?

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me if this sounds correct, or suggest a better way of saying it:

"Company ABC also run our own exclusive competitions and freebie giveaways"

or should it be something like

"Company ABC also runs our own exclusive competitions and freebie giveaways"

Thanks!

In BrE you will see both singular and plural verbs used with subjects that are grammatically singular but perceived as "logically" plural, such as companies, organisations, etc. AmE normally uses the singular verb in such situations, as I understand it.
