Do I need a comma?
I will continue the internship for the sake of my Resume but since I will have finished my hours by next week I am considering talking to HR and maybe decreasing my days at their worksite.

I wouldn't say a comma is necessary, but adding one would certainly help he reader to quickly grasp your meaning.
