Only Almighty knows what will happen if he wins.
As already noted, it's not question.
Use an article, ie 'the Almighty'.
Other than that, your sentence is OK.
But if it is simply intended as an exclamation that his win will cause surprise and consternation, it's more common to say
eg *** knows what will happen if he wins!
