Do I insert -Whether-

Need to write for a script what is the correct form?

[Whether you're] Ready or not, I leave in 10 minutes. So hurry up and get dressed.

Both are correct. The expression "ready or not" is just an informal truncation of "Whether you're ready or not". BillJ
