'DO I HAVE ENOUGH JUICE?'

Hello,
could someone help me with the exact meaning of this paragraph from a song of Dylan?:
'What was it you wanted? Can I be of any use? Can I do something for you? DO I HAVE ENOUGH JUICE? Wherever you're off to, one thing you should know. You still got seven hundred miles yet still to go.'
Thanks,
Jo.

"Juice" in this context, seems to be related to electricity, specifically the amount of power left in a battery. The question is whether he has enough energy to do the kinds of favors asked of him. In this case, "juice" is used as a metaphor.
