0 Except for the imperative form, which you have already noted ( 01 i 00 Do be 02 i 00 ...), 01 i 00 do 02 i 00 cannot be used as an auxiliary verb with the forms of 01 i 00 be 02 i 00 . That is, there is no 01 i 00 do be 02 i 00 or 01 i 00 does be 02 i 00 or 01 i 00 did be 02 i 00 in English. 0
