You can say that, but it'd sound more correct to say it "I didn't like it" or if it's food also "It didn't satisfy me". :-)

If we say 'I did/do ...' we are emphasizing or reaffirming the verb.

In 'I like it', the hidden verb is 'do' and in 'I liked it', the h.v. is 'did'.

When you really want to mean your 'action' or verb, you'll use 'do/did'.
