"You may need to get some more experience teaching."

Hi, is this sentence correct? It seems like it is, but I do not understand why. What is the grammar rule that connects the noun "experience" to the following verb "teaching." Does it mean "You need to get more teachers who can teach you about the subject of experience?" Thanks so much

Hi,

The sentence you said makes more sense, also if the verb which describes the noun was put in front like this : "You may need to get more teaching experience." it follows the rule of the ing verb acting as an adjective to describe the noun ." Can someone please explain the mechanics of how this particular grammar form works? The previous post was made by my friend whom I'm teach
