I sees sometime we use "communication service" and sometime "communicative service" and I can distinguish them. Normally I use adj + N and I don't know how to use N + N.
Thanks for reading my question!
g. telecomms provider, then it should be "communication service" (though there may be other ways to say it too). "communicative service" seems a bit unusual.

If you are referring to a service that provides the means for people to communicate with each other, e.g. telecomms provider, then it should be "communication service" (though there may be other ways to say it too). "communicative service" seems a bit unusual. I guess it could be used about customer service, to mean that a company communicates well with its customers, or something like that.
Hai Linhcommunicative
That describes someone who does not hesitate to talk with others.
It is not appropriate for a service, because it cannot talk.
Hai Linhcommunication
That is the act of communicating. Since services provide the ability to communicate, it is proper to say "Communication service."
