Distinguish between vs Distinguish from

Which would you say please? How would you correct them?

- I know the different jersey (colors) Thats why I can distinguish between teams.
- I can distinguish between asians/the japanese from the chinese and korean.
- I can tell from her hands that she's american./ From/By (looking at) her hands I'd say she's american.

Could you please tell me how to fix this sentence?

- If she looks at me she'll see that I'm look at her.
