DISSATISFIED and UNSATISFIED ??

My learned friends

Please could you tell me if there is any difference between DISSATISFIED and UNSATISFIED ? Can they be used interchangeably ?

How about word pairs such as: DISORGANISED and UNORGANISED?

Thank you so much
