Disrespectful not answering

How would you phrase this please?
She was disrespectful not answering your calls (when) she was clearly not busy and watching tv.

Thank you

"disrespectful not answering" is acceptable, but I think I would prefer to write "disrespectful in not answering". The word "when" is required. If you delete "when" then you would need to start a new sentence after "calls".
