Fine. This is passive voice. If you want to, you can add the information as shown in my pink example.

This is not correct. If you want active voice, say eg

Tom disposed of the property in May.

I can't think of an intransitive verb that takes "of," but I'm going to look for one. Emotion: smile

"Dream" works. I believe "care" as a verb takes "for" or "about."

I guess I chose a backward way of trying to show why "the property was disposed of yesterday" doesn't work.

As I recall, these passive constructions are an area of interest for you.
