Dispensing optician resume

Hi guys

I'm a dispensing optician in France, and doing a bachelor in eyewear design at this moment. i'm looking for an internship abroad and I need to translate my resume in English and I'm struggling since few hours, it's really tricky. Please, I need your help for the following aspects.

1/ How would you say I spent 6 months in an optical shop in order to work instead of someone sick ?

I wrote down as job title "Short term dispensing optician", is that correct ?

2/ I would like to say I've been working with low, medium range customers in one store and high range customers in another store. How can I say that ?

3/ I would like to say I'm able to cut/trim optical lenses according to shape's frame. What is the professionnal word for that ?

4/ I have a degree called BTS in French, I called it "Licence 2" in my English resume but is it the right equivalent ? (BTS is a degree you get 2 years after high school)

5/ I want to find a internship with a frame designer or a team designer, I wrote down "Looking for internship in design unit" is that correct ?

6/ I want to say in what size of store I've been working in, so I wrote down "70 m² of retail space" can I say that ?

7/ I would like to say I'm able to proceed an eye test with a refractor machine AND with a kind of fully flexible frame (it's a frame in which optician can change lenses quickly, it's not a frame you sell in the store, it's only for medical purpose). I wrote down "Refractor eye test" but I have no idea how to say it for flexible frame.

Well this is a lot of questions at once, I'm sorry about that !
