dislodging teeth

I have the following sentence: "Tom had a tooth dislodged by me during the fight yestarday".

Could you rewrite this sentence so that pronoun "I" should be the subject.

My only version is: "I dislodged Tom a tooth" - but this is a calque from my vernacular language - so i don't think it's correct.
