Dishonest player

Hi

Could you please tell me the typical (native) way of saying something like this?

[said of someone (brother, friend, etc) who is not very honest in games (chess, checkers, cards, etc)]

  1. I won't play with him. He is a dishonest player.
  2. He won't refrain from doing dishonesty.

Thanks,

Tom
