0Hi,02br

00I am thinking of writing a memeo/letter about what is going to happen at the seminar tomorrow.02br

00Hi, everyone. This is what will happen tomorrow. We will have a main speaker delivering his speech at about I p.m., followed by a Q & A session with him. Afterward, we will have 01u00a discussion02u00 (discussion??) for about an hour talking about the speech.02br

00I know how long it should or would last to have it last because the time frames for each event is agreed beforehand and we also know what to discuss in general terms at least beforehand. Based on I have said, should I use 'a discussion' or 'discussion' in the past indicated? 0-

00Hi everyone,02br

00Here is the overview of our meeting tomorrow: The speaker [can you say who?] will start his speech [can you say what topic} at 1 p.m., and we will have a Q&A session with him afterwards. Then we'll have about an hour to discuss the issues raised in the speech among ourselves.02br
