Discussion Essay

Hey, I've got an essay to write. Just a few tips needed.

I've got to write about sports initiatives in my local area. Select one and discuss if it’s working or not.
So obviously I need to write the main discussion and conclusion. I'm going to observe the initiative in action 3 times before I have to hand in the report in. thing is I am lost on what questions I should ask the runner of the initiative, and the police (Its a youth scheme so they un-clothed officers there incase any trouble).
Any tips?

  • Assuming there may be a strong reason for the police support, are they perhaps young offenders or people at risk of becoming offenders because of their lifestyles/backgrounds/area?
  • How does the project help them avoid further offending?
