Have you ever tried meditating? Why/Why not? To what extent do you believe that doing things like meditating can make mental or physical changes within a person?

I have never tried meditating before, because i dont know how to meditate correctly. However, i believe that doing things like meditating can make mental or physical changes within a person.

Although meditation hasn't focused on many large scale trials, there are some very positive results. Firstly, doing meditating helps us increase self awareness and focus. People who practice meditation develop greater awareness of their actions and emotions. Besides, as it is focused on relaxing, practitioners of meditation can reduce stress and anxiety. Psychologically, meditation can cause a person to become happier and more alert. In fact, people who meditate on average sleep better, have lower heart rates, have lower blood pressure, and get sick less often.

However, though doing things like meditating is good for us, we should know that it is not a comprehensive cure. For example, when we have physical or mental health illness, meditation can't be used like medical intervention.

After all, i think meditation should be thought as a compliment for people to become more healthier./data/user/0/com.samsung.android.app.notes/files/clipdata/clipdata_191018_123732_053.sdoc->
