Personal thinking, I propose that migration includes both pros and cons on its own

On the first place, it is noticeable that moving to a new country bring migrators various chances to improve themselves. In order to meet all the multiple complex demands on specialized certifications, people have a tendency to work hard for a long time, which results in a breaking out of their own limits.
