well, a very efficient and trustworthy source can the last report of the world bank in which albania was listed in 2ne place as the most progressed economy.

I wouldn't be very sure to tell you that it is 100% stable, because right now I don't think that any country has that, starting with the US because the economic crisis that is going on.

yeah, the weather is pretty good, mostly along the coast. Summer is dry and hot, but albania is the 2nd richest country in europe after norway in water resources. Also there is a long coast, lost of rivers, lakes etc...

Winter is cold and wet in the most part, in lots of places it snows too. It only snows in some big cities such as Korce and Gjirokaster.

Second, albania is not considered like that just because of rivers and lakes, because there are plenty of creeks and springs.

There are 11 major lakes in Albania, altogether with creeks and tributaries are 152. Their sip is 1210km2.

The major ones are; shkodra lake, prespa (there are two of them small prespa and big prespa) and Ohri.
