Disciplined vs. Systematic

Hi

Would you say that systematic can also be used where disciplined has been? Or, does systematic work at all?

One thing everyone admired about him was that he lived a very disciplined life.

Hi I'd say no, the two words don't work in the same way. If a person is disciplined, they have certain human principles that they keep to. Provided that those principles include care for others, that makes them a good person.

Being systematic can just mean that the person follows the same pattern all the time. That may be good or bad.
