disciplinary action

I need help in constucting my thoughts and points in order.

This letter need to be well written.

Please redo this letter.

On September 10, 2005 clerk Willie reported to work and approx 7:45 am. At approx 8:00 am he was given instructions to case the mail in the boxes. Twenty minutes later only a few magazines were cased. When he was told that was unacceptable he became loud and obnoxious. Stating that I was a slave driver. He began throwing his hands in the air and waving them and walking off saying he was not going to work here. When Willie was first approached about his job he made like he couldnt case tthe mail. The the mail was different from where he usually work.

On September 23, 2005 a call was made to the other instalation for help to go to another office. Clerk willie didnt want the other preson to go because he said he was in charge and that they needed to finish there mail . (The problem here is that willie had no aurthoity to keep the other clerk from going to report to another instalation, nor was he in charge. A direct order was given for the other clerk to report to another sation. Willie interfered with the operational needs of the service, and created a safety concern at another station by trying to belittle my authority as i am a supervisor .
