Disappointed with/by/in

Hi

Would you say that all of these are completely natural?

The boss was deeply disappointed in him.
The boss was deeply disappointed with him.
The boss was deeply disappointed by him.

For me, "in" and "with" are equally natural for people. "by" does not feel as natural for people, but is OK for things. "with" sounds OK for things too.
