Disagreeing with a statement of personality test

Hello!

I want to understand a question from a personality test. When the statement is:"Rarely get depressed" or "Seldom get lost in thought." if I disagree that means that I OFTEN get depressed/lost in thoughts or that I DON'T usually get depressed/lost in thoughts. It seems like it has two meanings if you disagree(English is not my native language).

Thanks!
