Disadvantages of being a working mother

While it has its fair share of upsides, being a working mom also has its downside.

The first point, women have traditional roles as housewives and housekeepers. They have to do most house chores such as cooking, doing up, looking after husbands and children,etc.

Moreover, women don't have enough time for both housework and office work. Just imagine working for eight hours, suffering through the traffic while coming home, undering work pressure and housekeeper responsibilities. Working mothers go through these almost everday which make them tired and stressed. Having the same daily routine with little to no rest can put a mother's health at risk.

Futhermore, tiring housework and wife obligations are powerful distraction fighter of being good workers. It is not easy to being a housewife, let alone being both housewives and working mothers. Last but not least, working moms may also have less time for their family. Some working moms miss out on the opportunity to witness their child's first word, first step and other priceless moments. Also, they tent to dedicate most of their time in their career, so they may have less attention to family matters.

In short, women should deliberate whether work outside or not.
