Which is a higher title, between "the director of the A division" and "the vice president of A division"??

Clive is correct - US uses Vice President as atitle and in UK it is typically Director. May be the same level just different terms.

Director can just be a title - indicating 'head of ' but it can also be used as indicating an authorised officer of the company, so they have legal responisbilites for its actions - specially if the company's stock is held publicly, if the co
