Directly proportional

Hi

Is this dialogue natural? Any suggestions please?

A- So what about your business? Are you satisfied now?

B- Truly? no.

A- Why -- what's wrong now?

B- The outcome is not directly proportional to the effort I put, that's all.

Thanks,

Tom

PS: Truly and frankly equally natural here?
