0 Um, no New York is not in the "central-western" part of the US... It's in the Northeastern part. The US has regions, such as the Northeast, or the Southwest, or the Midwest etc.

0 Um, no New York is not in the "central-western" part of the US... It's in the Northeastern part. The US has regions, such as the Northeast, or the Southwest, or the Midwest etc. Plain geographical terms are not generally used--and even if they were, "central-western" would not be correct.02br
