Direction for test

If you see any mistakes in the following sentences, can I have your comments? Thanks in advance.

You have to change the form of a word in capitals so that each word can fit into sentence. For example, when you look at the on the right of the handout, you will see a list of words in capitals. Depending on the sentence, you will have to use verb instead of adjective, which means instead of safe , you will have to use safety for the first sentence.
