2) In the clause 'leaving the fish head under the seat', what is the whole of the direct object noun phrase (or noun group)?

3) In the clause 'so when I got up from the table', what is the whole of the direct object noun phrase (or noun group)?

The 1st and 3rd are correct, but as I have already told you. the second has no verb object. 'Get up' is intransitive; it takes no object.
