Direct and Indirect speech

Hi dear educators (is it an appropriate word to use? or is "teachers" better?)

Okay, kindly let me know whether or not what is said below(in the brackets) is true.

Direct = She said, "I am risking everything I have for you.

Indirect = She said that she is risking everything she has for me. (= is correct if she is still risking. )

Indirect = She said that she was risking everything she had for me. (= is correct if she isn't risking NOW).
