How about when addressing a group of people as "all" or "everyone." Should it be:

"Thank you, everyone!"

"Thank you, all!"

OR no comma:

"Thank you everyone!"

"Thank you all!"

Thank you, Clive! [<-- I get "direct address" when using a proper name or title

You can use 'all' without a comma, but I'd use one with 'everyone'.
