Meet you tomorrow at dinner.

I stand corrected. If you are both going to school and eat dinner at the cafeteria, you might say that you will see someone at dinner. The "at dinner" implies a scheduled meal that you both normally attend. If you are inviting someone out, you would invite them "for dinner" (the place to be decided upon later).
