It is a very casual lunch she has every day but she eats good decent meal at dinner.

Is this sentence OK?

'Good decent' is repetitive, but if it was not, there should have been a comma between them.

I also find the highlighted a bit repetitive. Perhaps "a good dinner" would suffice.
