Dilemma with receive and received-phl

Good day!

I don't know which of the three statements below are using the word receive correctly and why.

Can somebody help me, please. Thank you very much.

1. Which of the Smith publications that you receive do you read the most?

2. Which of the Smith publications that you received do you read the most?
