digital camera question

Dear teachers,
Suppose if you're using an analog camera and getting close to end of film, I believe you can say something like,
 I'm low on film.
 I'm out of film,
 I'm running out film.

But if you are using a digital camera w/memory card, what would you say?

Thank very much.

I would suppose: I'm low on memory (space). I'm out of memory (space), I'm running out of memory (space).
