Where to start?

First off, I think you mean to use the word "difference" instead of "diffrents."

Who refers to a person or people
Whom is the objective form of who. Use whom when you mean to say "who" as the object of a verb, preposition, etc. Like "Who kissed whom?" or "To whom does this shoe belong?"
Whose is the possesive form of Who. As in "Whose shoe is this?"
