Diffrenses
I do not know if the category fits, in case it does not feel free to move the thread.
Could someone please sum up the major differenses between US english and UK english and other englises, and I am not talking pronuncation. I am talking spelling of word, diffrent words for the same thing, and diffrent inflection of verbs. There might of course be a lot so if you would just take the major diffrenses the most used words and stuff. I would like to be able to spot wheter a text is written by an american or a brit. And by the way can someone from the UK see if the text he is reading is written by an american immediatly and the other way round?
