Difficulty in teaching English

I am a teacher who is teaching English in very remote area in the eastern province in sri lanka. students in my school is very weak at English.They don't have proper facilities or background to learn English. It has been a very difficult task for me to teach them. I don't know whether I use the best method oe approches to educate them .Pls Help me to sort out this problem and make my students obtain very good standard in English.
