Difficult sentences

You'll be in a generous mood all week and will branch out in terms of what you'll offer your people. There are many ways to deliver service. Some do it fancy, others with tender loving care. Some are friendly or speedy or just plain good. You'll be conscious of your style.

This is from an astrology column. I don't quite understand the part "Some do it fancy, others with tender loving care. Some are friendly or speedy or just plain good." Could you please rewrite it in simpler sentences?
