Difficult Multiple choice

I don't know which word is best in each of the sentences. Could you please tell me? Are the sentences constructed well?

A The GPS tells us when we arrive our destination. Once we are 5 minutes away, the time counts down in 5-second increments/at 5-second intervals: 5:00, 4:55, 4:50, 4:45, etc.

B I am behind in/with my work.

C The sky lantern is headed east/is headed to the east.

D The party was a wrap at 1am./was wrapped up at 1am.

E Is that hat not humiliating/shameful enough. You want to wear a pink tie to go with it.

F Please follow the diversion / [route]. This road is blocked off.

G The guest were banging/tapping their forks against/on their glass waiting to propose a toast.
