Difficult case

1) In some strucutures, a noun may not be the subject of a verb that comes just after it.

Although there is a defining that-clause follows the "verb" above, we still use the indefinite article 'a' instead of 'the'.

Could you tell me the reason, please?

Sometimes, a defined or restritive noun does not mean that the noun is specific.
